At ESI, we make a significant investment in recruiting and developing the best possible instructors to represent ESI around the world. ESI has more than 600 instructors based around the world. We use locally or regionally based instructors to reflect local customs and knowledge.
Our instructors are industry experts with an average of over 20 years of direct, hands-on experience in their field. Based on 486,000 ratings since 1997, ESI’s average instructor rating is 9.3 out of 10.
To our students, the instructors are ESI so we make a significant investment in recruiting and developing the best possible instructors to represent ESI around the world. Of those that apply only one out of 32 candidates get selected to become an ESI instructor.
