Evaluation Structure and Strategy Workshop

At the conclusion of the Evaluation Structure and Strategy Workshop, each participant will have completed a draft Evaluation Criteria and Instructions to Bidders. The workshop will focus on the following:

  • The importance of evaluation criteria in the best value process
  • Facilitation techniques for uncovering the optimal criteria
  • Writing evaluation criteria for the acquisition
  • Building "world-class" solicitations

Evaluation of Written Proposals Workshop
