Enterprise Architecture for Organizational Success
Developing, maintaining and implementing enterprise architecture (EA) is essential for both organizational transformation and project and program management success. EA, when managed effectively, will optimize the relationships among your agency’s business operations and underlying information technology infrastructure. Better yet; when performed in concert with capital planning and investment control (CPIC) and earned value management (EVM), it can greatly increase your success agency-wide.
ESI's Business Transformation Suite will help you and your team develop your EA practices, including an essential transition plan that will act as your road map for moving from the “as is” to the “to be” environment.
This suite of challenging courses is designed to take you from the fundamentals of EA to advanced theories and practices in EVM and CPIC.
