2011 Travel & Train Program

General

• Limited time offer.
• This program is available for anyone signing up for a new registration within the specific timeframe noted and only for those courses that are eligible (PMC, ITP, BAP). Students must meet all other established requirements to participate in the program.

Timelines

• Register by August 31, 2011 and complete your training class by December 31, 2011.
• At the time of registration, the terms and condition must be accepted in writing by the student.  At the same time, the name of the organization that would receive the travel reimbursement must be indicated and the address of where to send the reimbursement check must be provided.  If a student is paying for the tuition, the waiver form must be completed and returned to ESI.
• ESI reserves the right to end the promotion at any time.
• All expense forms and receipts must be submitted by January 31, 2012 in order to be eligible for reimbursement.  Any expense forms or receipts turned in after February 1, 2012, will not be accepted and reimbursed.

Offer

• Offer is valid for specific courses.  The courses must be within the following programs:  Business Analysis, IT Project Management and Project Management.  
• Offer is valid only for specific sessions held before December 31, 2011.
• Offer is valid only for specific sessions held in the following cities: Chicago, San Diego and Washington, DC.  
• This program is non transferrable to other courses or cities not included in the offer.
• Offer is valid only when full list price is paid and a method of payment is provided during registration.  No discounts apply.
• Multiple discounts or promotions cannot be combined.

Reimbursement

• Course must be paid in full prior to reimbursement for any travel expenses (payment must be received for any registrations that had a PO or TF provided at the time of registration prior to any expenses being processed and reimbursed).
• Reimbursements will only occur when full tuition payment has been received, the course completed and a complete and accurate submission of the application and receipts have been received, reviewed and authorized.  
• Reimbursements will be made in USD.
• Participants may receive up to $800 in travel reimbursements with receipts (and may include hotel, flight, train, rental car and lodging).  This offer is not to exceed $800 per student per class.
• Student must be traveling more than 40 miles to be eligible for travel reimbursement.
• No meals, alcohol or hotel "incidentals" will be covered (i.e. telephone, laundry, movies, mini bar, etc.).
• Only one reimbursement check will be issued. The reimbursement check will be issued to the student’s employer unless otherwise requested on the Letter of Waiver for Reimbursement of Travel Expenses.
