Just-in-time learning:  A better solution for today’s learning needs

Organizations are faced with reduced budgets, employee time constraints and new preferences in how to learn—requiring more targeted, easily accessible, just-in-time learning opportunities.  Our new ESI Learning on Demand modules fulfill these needs and more!

ESI Learning on Demand modules include content that spans the 4 phases of the project life cycle.  Each module is 90 minutes long, self-paced and online. To keep the learner engaged, each module was developed with a variety of interactive multi-media features including games, video and flash animation.   Exercises are also included to assess the learner’s mastery of the material.

How it Works:

ESI Learning on Demand comes in the form of individual modules.  Each module can be accessed online through ESI’s training portal, MyESI, or through your own organization’s site. A participant navigates the content with the guidance of virtual instructors and experts, games and downloadable tools.  Participants experience “Knowledge Checks” to review learned content. All modules are asynchronous so individuals can go through each module at their own pace and may review content at any time.
