In short, this program can help you become a better leader within your organization. These courses have been developed to address the strategic, interpersonal, operational and personal perspectives of today’s professional — and the challenges they present.

FAC-P/PM -- The Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers Program was established to provide civilian federal program and project managers (P/PMs) with the necessary cross-functional competencies and aligned skills to achieve the intended results of programs, projects and acquisitions.  The program recognizes three levels of certification—entry/apprentice, mid level/journeyman and senior/expert, each of which has experience, training, and other development activity requirements.   ESI’s FAI-approved comprehensive suite of FAC-P/PM courses will not only help P/PMs comply with certification requirements, but also gain the needed skills and competencies they need to raise the performance levels of integrated program/project teams and ensure programs, projects and acquisitions meet their targets.  ESI’s suit includes a capstone course that helps participants fulfill the government-specific requirements while providing continuity and reinforcement of skills and concepts gained in the other courses.  After their coursework, participants are then able to take a level 4-5 evaluation that will help them adopt newly acquired skills and concepts on the job.
