Business Analysis

business analysis courses, business analyst courses

A Business Analyst applies the competencies and the skills of understanding stakeholder needs through elicitation, facilitation and business analysis, while constantly communicating, tracing and validating requirements.

Since the emergence of business analysis, ESI has been there – not only as an IIBA Endorsed Education Provider (EEP), but as a thought leader in the field.

ESI is committed to standardizing best practices and continued development in the field of business analysis, which is why we’ve recently begun refining our Business Analysis Professional Development Program.

Our evolving program features two all-new Business Analysis courses and two revised courses. Through 2008 we’ll be launching additional new and updated courses including Strategic Enterprise Analysis and a CBAP Exam Prep course.

Business Analyst Professional Credentials

Students who complete this program within four years will earn a Professional Certificate in Business Analysis from ESI and The George Washington University, as well as the prestigious Certified Business Analyst (CBA) credential.

Preparing for the CBAP Exam

This course of study enables you to address five out of the six Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK) areas established by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). ESI’s business analysis courses also can be applied toward the required 21 hours of training needed to apply to take the CBAP exam.

In 2008, ESI will introduce a CBAPTM Exam preparation course, as well as other helpful study guide material.
