Publications Return Policy
All returns must have prior approval from ESI's Customer Service Department and a Return Authorization Number. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, please call +1 (877) 544-7827.
Conditions for Return
A product may be returned within 15 days of the delivery date, provided it is returned in sellable condition. CD-ROMs and other wrapped products are not returnable, if the seal has been broken. ESI will refund the cost of the product but the purchaser assumes all costs and responsibility for returning all products. Shipping and handling charges will be refunded in the event of an ESI shipping error.
