ESI International's Business Analyst Training Program Now Available in Public Classroom Training Sessions
(ARLINGTON, VA - November 4, 2002) ESI International, the leading provider of project management and contract management training services, is broadening the reach of its popular Business Analyst Training Program with public classroom sessions in three major cities. Beginning in January 2003, courses will be available in Chicago, Dallas and Washington, DC.
"We have presented business analysis training to our corporate clients since early this year," explains ESI President Larry Seeley. "During this time, we have seen the need to expand the availability to make the training accessible to the large segment of the business population that does business analysis as part of their duties. As the program continues to grow, we will add more cities and more course dates."
The Business Analyst Training Program complements ESI's complete range of project management and IT project management courses. Reliable business analysis can shorten project life cycles, thereby lowering project budgets and decreasing time-to-market. ESI's Business Analyst Training Program is the first dedicated solely to business analysis and provides training of a proven, structured approach to better define a project's requirements, control scope to meet stakeholders' needs and manage these requirements throughout the life cycle of a project.
"In today's business climate, changes are a fact of life," says Seeley. "But the changes that are often necessary to keep pace are the same ones that can derail even the most well-planned project. I am confident that ESI's Business Analyst Training Program will help people define the requirements and processes that can mean the difference between project success and failure."
Developed by CDI Corporate Education Services (CDI), ESI's affiliate in Canada, the program includes courses on such vital topics as gathering and documenting user requirements, logical data and process modeling, workflow modeling, testing and business analysis for electronic commerce. Completing a specified course of study in the program leads to a Certificate in Business Analysis awarded by ESI.
