State Council of Higher Education for Virginia
ESI International is certified to operate by the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV). SCHEV is the Commonwealth of Virginia’s coordinating body for higher education. Its mission is to “promote the development of an educationally and economically sound, vigorous, progressive and coordinated system of higher education” in Virginia.
State of Texas
