ESI's academic partner is The George Washington University (GW). With this partnership, ESI offers courses that lead to certification in project and contract management. The associate's certificate and master's certificates are professional credentials that represent the attainment of knowledge and skills. These programs do not carry academic credit.

The George Washington University School of Business is dedicated to excellence in its teaching and research about management in the public and private sectors within the United States and internationally.

Degree Programs
GW offers undergraduate degrees in accountancy, finance, public administration, public policy, project management and tourism administration, as well as several Master in Business Administration, Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology, and Master of Science in Project Management. The school also offers doctoral degrees in accountancy, business administration, finance, management information and decision systems, and public administration. The school also offers a degree program that enables students to receive an MBA in International Business in addition to an MA. from the Elliott School of International Affairs. The Master of Science in Project Management is offered on campus and in a distance learning mode to professionals interested in more extensive preparation for careers in business and government.
