Contract Management Courses

ESI International Contract Management Training

Contract management training prepares you to understand the procurement process from acquisition planning and source selection to contract administration. ESI offers more than 50 contract management courses focusing on today’s federal, state and local government marketplace.

The courses are two- to five-day sessions and are taught in multiple locations throughout the United States and offer active learning through case studies, team projects, simulations and role-playing. ESI classes can be taken individually or as part of a course of study working towards a master's certificate from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. Individuals may take the courses as needed or apply them toward the following certificates:

Contract Management Courses

  • Government Contracting
Master the fundamentals of federal contract statutes, best practices, regulations, processes and the politics behind federal procurement reforms and processes.

  • Specialized Contracting
Take these courses to meet a particular requirement or apply them toward an ESI certificate.

Each ESI course serves as a stepping-stone for career development. Students may pursue a master's certificate and professional credentials through ESI courses.

DAWIA/FAC-C Certification

New Course

To help you keep up with the ever-increasing demands of your profession, ESI is pleased to announce the addition of three new DAWIA/FAC-C curriculum mandatory courses at Level II – CON 214, CON 215, CON 216, CON 217 and CON 218. ESI presently delivers CON 215 and CON 218 only as on-site classes.

With the launch of CON 217, ESI now offers all the equivalent courses for the DAWIA/FAC-C Level II mandatory courses, completing ESI's commitment to our Government customers to offer equivalency for all of the mandatory contracting certification courses. Both DAWIA and FAC-C certifications also require elective training as well as continuing education training once your highest level of certification is attained; any course in ESI's contracting management curriculum and many from our project management, business analysis, and business skills curriculums qualify in addressing these additional training requirements.
