e-Training Technical Requirements

We've kept the requirements for accessing ESI's e-training simple so you can focus on learning instead of setup. The minimum technical requirements are a Pentium processor, 16 MB of RAM, Internet access and an e-mail address.

Minimum Requirements

• Processor with at least 200 MHz speed
• Microsoft^® Windows 95; Microsoft^® Windows 98; Microsoft^® Windows 98 Second Edition (SE); Microsoft^® Windows 98 Millennium Edition (ME); Microsoft^® Windows NT 4.0 Workstation; Microsoft^® Windows 2000 Professional; OR Microsoft^® Windows XP Home Edition
• 32 MB of RAM
• Microsoft^® Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher recommended; Netscape^® Navigator/Communicator 4.07 or higher recommended*; OR America Online 5.0 or higher.
• Macromedia^® Flash Player™ 6 plug-in.
• Adobe^® Acrobat^® Reader 5.0 (for opening course material contained in PDF documents)
• Internet access
• 56K modem or a LAN connection
• e-mail address
• Monitor using 800 x 600 display resolution

• Processor with 300 MHz or greater
