All full-time, ESI employees are eligible for insurance plans covering medical and dental expenses, loss of life, and loss of income due to either short- or long-term disability.
Part-time employees, on-call employees and independent contractors are not eligible for insurance coverage. Employees become eligible for coverage on the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment with ESI International.
