ESI Introduces Valuable Project Management Resource

(ARLINGTON, VA - January 14, 2002) --ESI International, the leading provider of project management and contract management training services, has unveiled a new product for 2002 - The Project Management Tools CD. This valuable resource combines more than 120 project management templates covering every aspect of the project life cycle.

These templates, available in Microsoft Word format, are arranged by the various stages of the project life cycle. With a wide variety of templates to choose from - such as Stakeholder Action Plan, Software Risk Management Plan and Transition Meeting Package, project managers will have an easy way to document the creation, maintenance and completion of successful projects.

"Particularly valuable," says Larry Seeley, President of ESI, "are the 23 templates on risk, which is what project managers manage. It's the people who can identify risk and mitigate it who will ultimately be successful. Having the tools for risk management on this CD will be extremely helpful."

ESI began developing the CD last year after receiving a steady demand for electronic versions of these templates that are part of ESI course materials. "This was an excellent opportunity for us to make a great deal of valuable information easily available to our students and clients all over the world," says Seeley.

With the help of its many Global Fortune 500 clients, ESI tested and refined the templates appearing on the CD. Derived from project management theory, they are designed to be applicable to any size project or organization.

"The Project Management Tools CD is the culmination of ESI's 20 years of experience and research," says Seeley. "Now, project managers will be able to rely on successful processes without having to reinvent the wheel for each new project. This will save time and money at each stage of the project life cycle, making achieving project goals more efficient than ever before."

The Project Management Tools CD is available to individual users for $125. It is also available for organization-wide use as well. To find out pricing for your organization, contact ESI at totalsolutions@esi-intl.com . CDs can be ordered online or over the phone at +1 (877) 544-PUBS.
