ESI International Wins Five-Year Blanket Purchase Agreement From Department of Veterans Affairs
(ARLINGTON, VA - June 2, 1999) --ESI International, the industry leader in integrated management solutions, was recently awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to provide Management, Organizational and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS).
Under this agreement, ESI's strategic consulting, project management, contract management, organizational development, analytical, implementation and training services are available throughout the VA. ESI's first project under this agreement will be to provide organizational development consulting services to the VA's Office of Telecommunications.
