We'll facilitate any or all parts of the planning process - site selection, class scheduling and internal marketing - for your program.

Site Selection
Our staff will research all available options on your behalf and secure a location that works for you. We have key contacts with convention centers, hotels and visitors bureaus. We know when major events are taking place and how it will affect your training plans. We can even work with your organization to arrange classroom space at your location.

By partnering with ESI, you can be sure that all details are covered from start to finish-from site selection to contract negotiations. Facility costs are billed directly to you, so there's no additional third-party charges. It's just that simple.

Class Scheduling
After scheduling thousands of classes, we know what works and what doesn't. Our staff will analyze your needs, and together, we will develop a training calendar that works for you and your employees. We can schedule the appropriate courses in the order that best meets your particular training requirements. We can also identify any potential scheduling conflicts, such as holidays and other internal events.

Marketing Your Program
ESI understands the challenges of launching a training program. We will work with you to develop a marketing strategy to ensure that the seats in your classes are filled with eager-to-learn employees. Our marketing staff can help develop customizable marketing campaigns, whether via e-mail, fax or an article in your company newsletter, to help you notify employees of scheduled classes. We can also develop custom, in-depth catalogs to promote your training program. We'll do as little or as much as you see fit.
