Contract Management Workshops

Contract Management Workshops Image

ESI's unique new series of contract management workshops - "Igniter Workshops" - are created specifically for source selection teams and the challenges they face along the path of selecting the best value contractor/vendor.

ESI presents these hands-on, just-in-time workshops to "ignite" the source selection team, teaching them to produce key acquisition documents and prepare for proposal evaluation.

Each workshop is a highly customized two-day session taught at your preferred location by our team of nationally recognized acquisition consultants. Workshop sessions are designed to match your organizations' specific approach to source selection planning and execution and have helped organizations improve the quality and speed of their competitive acquisition process.
