PM360: A PM Competency Assessment^™

Pre- and Post-Training Assessments

ESI’s Learning Model comes equipped with a number of value-add assessment tools designed to maximize your individual learning experience and your organization’s performance improvement investments.

Before they ever step foot in the classroom or begin an e-training course, students can answer pre-course review questions and complete knowledge assessments to help them prepare for their course. After the course is complete, these assessments can be taken again and again for up to five years to continually measure retention and skill improvement. Our post-course assessments link our students directly to targeted review content, which allows them to fill specific knowledge gaps and ensure success.
