Maturity Assessments
ProjectFRAMEWORK®
This organizational maturity assessment tool is based on the underlying structure of the Software Engineering Institute’s Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and PMI’s A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). Your organization is assessed on 50 key process areas across the nine PMBOK® Guide knowledge areas, and will receive a “maturity score” for each.
Upon completion, ESI provides you with a prioritized list of recommendations to improve performance and help your organization advance to the next level.
OPM3®
Developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), OPM3® compares your organization against approximately 600 best practices based on four stages of process improvement:
- Standardize
- Measure
- Control
- Continuously Improve
OPM3® can also be used to assess an organization’s maturity in program and portfolio management. The result of an OPM3® assessment is a maturity continuum score and an improvement road map to boost performance in your organization.
Level 3 Training Assessments
Training Effectiveness Assessments
Build on the Level 1 and 2 evaluations that come with each ESI course. ESI has a proven track record in conducting Level 3 Training Assessments, which can help you gain insight into how much of your employees’ new knowledge is being applied back on the job after their training is complete. You’ll be able to evaluate the value of your investment and identify the key catalysts for success and the key obstacles that often lead to below-par results.
