ESI's Virtual Classroom System Requirements

Internet Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Requirements
Headset, including microphone. We will be using VoIP, so you will need a microphone in order to speak. Here are some things to look for in a headset:
- USB (no computer sound card required)
  or
  analog (if you have a good computer sound card)
- Noise-canceling microphone (unidirectional is ideal)
- Comfort
- Long cord (at least 6 feet so you have room to move around)
- You should be able to purchase a suitable microphone inexpensively either online or through any store that sells electronic equipment.

Windows XP, Windows 2000 or Microsoft^® Vista
300 MHz or greater processor
256 MB RAM memory
Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 (Security set to "Medium" or lower)
Sound card (unless using a USB headset)
T1, Cable, DSL, or equivalent Internet connection

ActiveX Controls and VBScript must be enabled
20 MB disc space free for software installation (Administrator rights may be required to enable this, depending on your organization’s IT policies)
1024 x 768 screen resolution
High color display

OS X 10.4 or later
600 MHz or greater processor OR 1GHz Intel processor
256 MB RAM memory
