Robert Eagan is a Director at Credit Suisse with responsibility for Global Project Management Methodology. Prior to Credit Suisse, he was a consultant for a number of years mainly in the area of process impriovement. He has 30+ years experience in software development, project management, and CMM/CMMi implementations.

He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and was a prior Lead Assessor for the Capability Maturity Model (CMM). He was a member of a volunteer team that authored a draft version of the CMMi which is a world wide standard for assessing an organization's capability for development and maintenance of products and services.

Robert has taught introductory and strategic Project Management to graduate level students at Stevens Institute of Technology. Robert has also presented at the annual Software Engineering Institute SEPG conference and other SEI and PMI conferences.
